ELLE Residences Miami is the world’s first residential development from ELLE.
Located in Edgewater, the project comprises 189 residences across 26 floors. Its one- and two-bedroom homes range from approximately 450 to 845 square feet and are delivered fully finished and furnished.
The development is conceived as a Miami pied-à-terre that combines a recognizable editorial identity with the convenience of a home prepared for arrival.
