Elle Elevates Living: Magazine-Inspired Interiors to Grace Luxe Condo Tower
The 25-story tower will feature 180 turnkey homes ranging from one-bedroom units to penthouses.
Everyone from car makers to jewelry designers has ventured into the branded residence game, and now the fashion magazine and lifestyle brand Elle plans to build its first residential concept in Miami.
Located at 3618 NE 5th Avenue, in the Edgewater neighborhood just north of downtown, Elle Residences Miami is a collaboration between Vertical Developments, Urban Network Capital Group, and the French publisher Lagardère News. As for what buyers can expect, the ultra-chic tower by architects Behar & Partners will feature 180 turnkey units ranging from one-bedroom apartments to two-bedroom homes and penthouses. Naturally, the fresh and modern-looking residences are just as stylish and fashion-forward as can be expected from a venerable tastemaking brand.
“This groundbreaking residential project will debut a new legacy for Elle, one of which we are proud to share in the next chapter of this influential brand,” Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones, CEO of Vertical Developments, said in a statement. “Our aspiration is not just to build a tower but create an ownership experience that amplifies modernity with the timeless sophistication of Elle’s nearly 80-year history.”
The interiors will be stitched together by The One Atelier, whose portfolio includes several other fashion-focused real estate projects for brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi Casa, and Karl Lagerfeld. In terms of design, think runway-worthy homes akin to what you’d see gracing the pages of Elle Decor with a nod to the magazine’s Parisian roots. Prices for the residences will start around $525,000, with Fortune Development Sales leading the sales.
In addition to the building’s residential offerings, the development will have two floors that are entirely dedicated to amenities. Here, prospective buyers will find a state-of-the-art gym, an outdoor fitness lawn, a meditation garden, and a luxurious spa. Other highlights include a rooftop swimming pool and a swanky residents-only lounge.
“Elle’s long-standing brand success stems from our pursuit of innovation, and we take pride in continuing to challenge the status quo as Elle enters a new era with residences,” said Constance Benqué, CEO of Elle International and Lagardère News.”This project will represent a groundbreaking concept, offering captivating gateways for owners and residents to experience condo living through a fresh lens and the visionary perspective of Elle.”
While Elle Residences Miami marks the fashion media brand’s first foray into real estate, the magazine has ventured into other hospitality concepts, including branded cafés, beauty salons, and spas. More recently, the brand launched two boutique hotels—Maison Elle in Paris and a second location in Amsterdam.
