ELLE Residences Miami Connects Art, Design and Miami Art Week
During Miami Art Week 2025, ELLE Residences Miami introduced an exhibition by artist Daniel Orozco at its Edgewater sales gallery. The Real Deal included the activation in its coverage of how Miami’s real estate community participated in one of the city’s most important cultural weeks.
The exhibition was accompanied by a private event with Orozco centered on his sculpture collaboration with ELLE, bringing art, design and residential experience into the same conversation.
What did ELLE Residences Miami present during Miami Art Week?
Vertical Developments and UNCG, the development team behind ELLE Residences Miami, launched an exhibition featuring work by Daniel Orozco at the project’s sales gallery on Northeast 36th Street.
The presentation provided guests with an opportunity to experience the artist’s work in a setting already shaped by ELLE’s relationship with fashion, interiors and visual culture. A private conversation with Orozco offered further insight into the ideas behind his collaboration with the brand.
Rather than functioning solely as a promotional event, the activation reflected the role contemporary art can play in defining the identity of a residential environment.
Why does art matter in branded residential design?
Art influences how a space feels, how people move through it and what they remember about it. Within a branded residence, it can also help connect the property’s architecture and interiors with a broader cultural point of view.
For a project inspired by ELLE’s editorial heritage, this connection is especially relevant. ELLE has spent decades documenting and interpreting fashion, design, photography, travel and contemporary culture.
Translating that perspective into a residence requires more than selecting decorative objects. It calls for a visual language that feels intentional across private homes, social spaces and the experiences created around the property.
How does Miami Art Week connect with the ELLE identity?
Miami Art Week brings international galleries, artists, collectors, designers and creative communities together across the city. It is one of the moments when Miami’s relationship with global culture becomes most visible.
ELLE Residences Miami’s participation created a natural meeting point between the project and this wider creative audience. The Daniel Orozco exhibition introduced the development through an artistic collaboration rather than through architecture alone.
The activation also reflected the project’s Edgewater location, positioned near Wynwood, the Miami Design District, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach—areas that become especially active during the city’s annual art calendar.
A residential experience shaped by culture
The Real Deal’s coverage demonstrates how art has become part of the conversation surrounding Miami’s newest residential developments. For ELLE Residences Miami, however, the connection is rooted in the project’s editorial identity.
Fashion, décor and contemporary culture do not appear as separate references. Together, they inform how the residences and shared spaces are conceived and how the project participates in the creative life of the city.
The result is a residential concept designed to engage with Miami beyond its own walls.
