GET YOUR PERMANENT RESIDENCY THROUGHT INVESTMENT
WHAT IS THE EB-5 PROGRAM?
The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a U.S. federal immigration pathway created by Congress to attract foreign investment and create jobs in the United States. Through a qualifying investment in a USCIS-compliant project, eligible investors and their immediate family members may apply for U.S. permanent residency.
For qualified investors, the required minimum capital is USD $800,000 when invested in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project. The project must support the creation of at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs per investor. While immigration outcomes are never guaranteed, the EB-5 structure is designed to align economic development with a long-term residency path in the United States.
